How to measure

FOOT: We start with the true foot, which means we measure from heel to toe. That measurement (in centimeters) is then translated into our standard sizes.

To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.

We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I prefer to project rock series. I have tried many training shoes, But the project rock is the most comfortable for me. I have used project rock 5. 6 and 7. I recommend it to my friends.

Would these shoes be good for long hikes?

Hi, there! Our Project Rock 7 shoes aren't specifically designed for hiking, but do have features, like our UA HOVR™ cushioning, our UA TriBase™ that maximizes ground contact, and a durable outsole rubber with a toe cap, that may work for hiking!

Hey, there! Although our Project Rock 7 shoes aren't specifically designed for volleyball and are ideally for working out, they do offer features that could support playing volleyball! However, you may find our UA Ace Highlight and UA Ace Low volleyball shoes will meet your needs.

Hi Mick! If you are comparing our Project Rock 7 Training Shoes for Men with the Unisex Project Rock 7 Luxe Training Shoes, the overall design of the shoe is quite similar, but the Luxe version has a premium suede upper with leather details for an elevated look/feel.
