I tried these for the first time tonight for a dog walk. Minus 14 with a wind chill of minus 22 +. I bought these a size up so that I could layer underneath them. I wore a pair of winter weight track pants under them. There were no cold spots during 30 minutes outside. I look forward to using them next fall.
