I’ve worn this hat to the gym a few times and love it. It is lightweight, fits perfectly and wicks away sweat. It also doesn’t get a crease when you pack it up. Will be buying more in different colors.

Wow! Became my favorite hat the moment I put it on. It's extremely light and comfortable. Holds It's shape. A nice surprise was that we had some extremely high winds and other people's hats were flying, not mine though , brim would blow up but hat stayed put. love it. Have worn a hat for over 50 years,best one.

Size question. Head measures 23 1/2 (wears a 7 1/2 fitted) which is in between sizes L/XL and XL/XXL Which size should I purchase? Would I be more comfortable in the XL/XXL size as I don’t care for super tight hat fits

I wear a Souza size 7 1/4 fitted and I got the m/l and it fits perfectly, not snug, not loose and I left the strap as it came out of the package. I can't tell I'm wearing it, it's that comfortable. My review is under Chef Steven V K under the 5 star reviews. You won't regret it, they will exchange for free if it isn't a good fit for you!
