I purchased the white in XXL. I normally wear and XL and sized up because it's compression. The XXL fit snugly with plenty of compression. As far as cooling it really seems to work. I wore it on a 60 degree day under another shirt and I was actually too chilly all day! I'm looking forward to wearing this on a hot day. I do wish the sleeves were a little longer for sun protection. I'm 5'9" and the body length was fine.
I’ve been wearing these compression shirts every summer for the past 7 years. I deliver mail and there’s no other shirt I’ll buy to wear under my uniform shirts. They keep me cool and if I drench myself with water they dry super fast.
