I got a 1xl new compression shirt and its way too tight, but i wear 1xl in the sleeveless compression shirts and they are fine, not sure if i should stick to 1xl with the OG or go to 2xl since the new compression shirt was too tight in 1xl. OG fit vs NEW?

I wear a Large T Shirt and it is snug. I wear a SM compression shirt for maximum hold. I haven't had any issues with arms or length. I'm 6'3" 190 now. After a 100 lb weight loss, I need the support these amazing shirts offer. Great TIGHT fit.

This would vary depending upon personal measurements. We would recommend comparing your measurements to our Size & Fit Guide for the best size recommendation! The Men's HeatGear® OG Compression Short Sleeve does have an ultra-tight, second-skin fit, so going a size up will still be fairly fitted, but not as tight.
